I went on Sunday the 17th in the morning and the young lady and gentleman in the store were more than helpful, she had great knowledge of the product and the gentleman was able to help me find a bowl I needed and both of them made it a great experience. Best place to get weed in London.

Place use to be really good but 3rd time in a row I’ve been in I’ve seen somebody charged higher than what the tag said and caught it. They received what the tag price was set at and went on their way. When I was in tonight it happened to me and the guy said they have to go with what the system said and wouldn’t give me the price the tag said. Shady business practices. Make sure you check the prices and aren’t charged higher than posted.

Bought a product and it had a 2 week return window. Started having clogging issues so I bring it back. They proceeded to make me try vaping it outside and then cause a slight amount of smoke came out they refused to replace it and then expected me to drive home high. Not really sure the customer service here. Won’t be back.

I ordered online. I'm a club member, so my phone number is something that identifies my account. However, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have one of the items I had ordered. That item was the whole reason I went to Canna Cabana. There are closer dispensaries to my apartment, and did I mention that I biked there from Westmount? Not impressed. Employees were very apologetic, which is fine, but why did they send an sms to pick up my order when they didn't have half the order? Or, better yet, why couldn't they call me and ask me if I'd still like my order? Just a friendly suggestion. I had to buy something that I really didn't want to replace what I had ordered because I wasn't going to have biked 16km there and back only to come home empty-handed. I was given some freebies (lighter, screens) and the employees acknowledged that "the website is unreliable" and that there is no inventory for each store, so call ahead if you want to make sure they can actually fill your order.
